I became an award-winning photographer after teaching myself the industry from the ground up.
I helped scale a business to $9 million while navigating the chaos, pressure, and unpredictability that comes with building something in real time.
I built award-winning brands by learning people before learning marketing.
I launched multiple podcasts by simply being curious enough to ask better questions.
I’ve coached more than 4,000 professionals by helping them rethink how they show up in leadership, business, and their careers.
And through all of it, I learned that leadership has very little to do with perfection.
And everything to do with how you show up when things get uncomfortable, uncertain, or messy.
