I’m Sandy Adams, a leadership speaker and workshop facilitator bringing more than 25 years of business, entrepreneurial, and real-world leadership experience to the stage.
I challenge leaders to think differently, navigate change, recognize their influence, and bring out the best in themselves and the people they lead.
I’ve co-founded a seven-figure business, built an award-winning photography brand, and coached more than 4,000 professionals.
My career has taken me from entrepreneurship and business strategy to education, branding, and leadership. Along the way, I’ve learned firsthand what it takes to make difficult decisions, navigate uncertainty, and adapt when circumstances change.
Those experiences shape the perspective I bring to the stage today — practical, grounded in the real world, and informed by lessons you don’t always learn in a classroom.

I’ve never believed you need a title to be a leader. And I’ve never believed the people with all the answers are necessarily the best ones to follow.
I’ve built businesses, made decisions that worked and plenty that didn’t, and started over more than once. I’ve learned that leadership looks a whole lot different when you’re the one making the tough decisions instead of reading about them in a book.
