“It’s not who I am underneath, but what I do, that defines me.” – Batman
The movie studios knew what they were doing when they rolled out movie after movie featuring superheroes. I don’t know anyone really who wasn’t fascinated by Superman, Batman, etc as a child.
We all wanted a superpower. Funny thing is… all of us have a superpower just not the ones in the movies.
The first step in branding yourself (aka marketing yourself as a “product”) is discovering what makes you great, another name for your “superpower”.
I hear more times than I can count “I don’t do anything great” or “My speciality is I’m organized, a team player, good with people, etc”. Most people don’t take the time to look at themselves and truly see what they are actually great at.
Here are 5 questions to ask yourself to help you find your superpower:
➡️ What feels effortless
➡️ How do you amaze others
➡️ What makes you willing to sacrifice
➡️ When are you fearless
➡️ What can you see more clearly than others

Which question resonates with you the most?
Food for thought for those struggling with an answer….
Most often we best serve ‘the person that we were before’.
Keep believing!
