A few weeks back, I walked into a building filled with over 500 students—and instantly knew I was exactly where I needed to be.
The 2023 Fall Greek Retreat at the University of Memphis wasn’t just a student event. It was a vibe. A gathering of sharp, ambitious, emerging leaders ready to learn, grow, and step into something bigger than themselves.
And I was there to talk about something close to my heart:

My workshop, “Own Your Narrative: Crafting a Powerful Personal Brand for Career Success,” brought together a dynamic group of about 50 driven, curious, and ready-to-grow student leaders. We didn’t just talk about resumes and interviews—we dug into identity, visibility, and how to show up with intention in your career and life.
We talked about confidence.
