Originally from Gary, Indiana, she has served in a wide range of roles, including teacher, mentor, assistant principal, and principal, overseeing a school with 1,100 students and 120 staff members. Her extensive journey in education also includes positions as an Instructional Leadership Director, Chief of Student Services, Federal Rights Coordinator, Special Education Director, and Head of Security within a district. Additionally, Korrie shares her expertise as a college adjunct professor.
